Postage Policy & Pricing
We take every care to ensure all customer orders are securely and safely packaged and shipped to you in a timely manner, within three days of the order being successfully processed.
Silver Machine Records provide two options for delivery, and charges are based on the Royal Mail website listings (Spring 2019), which are subject to change.
We would encourage all customers to opt for Tracked & Signed delivery options to ensure safe delivery of items. Silver Machine Records will not be responsible for any order gone missing that was not sent ‘Tracked & Signed’. If you are confident with opting for the Standard Delivery options, you do so at your own risk.
All orders to be delivered outside of the UK will be given the option for Tracked & Signed only.
